DNP S.A. was founded in 1998 by highly experienced executives working on the logistics services of the house and furniture equipment sector.
DNP provides logistics services to companies in the housing and professional furniture business which trade desks, bookcases, barriers, seats etc.
1998: The company is founded as a general partnership under the corporate name Quick Service, providing distribution and assembly services of office furniture for the Public Tax Authorities throughout the country. Upon commencement of its activities the company creates 10 new work placements. 1998: DNP signs a contract with SATO which grants DNP exclusiveness on the distribution of office equipment in the whole region of Attica. 1999: Quick Services undertakes the assembly of office equipment of the SATO group for all its customers in Attica. 2000: The company is assigned the warehouse management, distribution and assembly of all Bo Concept and DIVANI&DIVANI products which are subsidiaries of the SATO group. During the same year DNP is founded and by contract agreement assumes responsibility of the exclusive service of all the SATO group products. 2001: The company’s strategic alliance with the SATO group is expanding further as it takes control of the adiministration of the group’s central warehouse in Magoula (Attica). Quick Service and DNP merge, thereby establishing DNP S.A. as it is known nowadays. 2004: During the Olympic Games preparation period, DNP S.A. is in charge of the storage, distribution and assembly of the Olympic Complex furniture equipment. 2005: DNP S.A. undertakes the task of distributing and assembling the furniture equipment of the Karaiskaki Stadium suites. 2007: The company is assigned the distribution and assembly of the furniture equipment for the ENTOS and LEATHER CONCEPT brands of the SATO group. DNP signed and agreement with the store network of Vodafone (about 350 stores). 2008: The Company is assigned the distribution and assembly of the furniture equipment of the HAWORTH brand. Thereafter, it expands its activities abroad, by undertaking the assembly of Greek banks’ office equipment, which are situated in countries of the Balkan region, namely Bulgaria, Romania and Albania. 2009: DNP S.A. has formed a broad network of associated tracks which on a fixed basis, fluctuates around 30 per day and occupies about 150 employees on a constant basis.
